All consultations are provided virtually via Zoom or another secure platform. Upon booking, clients will receive an email confirmation with the scheduled date, time, and access link.


2. Confirmation & Access

You will receive an automated confirmation immediately after booking, and a reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.


3. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for rescheduling.


4. Fulfillment Timeline

Your service is considered “fulfilled” once your scheduled consultation is completed. If any materials, resources, or follow-up items are included in your session, those will be delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified.


5. Non-Refundable Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved in offering personalized consultations, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Please be sure you are ready and committed before booking.


6. Technical Issues

If a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If the issue is on the client’s end (e.g., missed session, no-show, connection issues), the appointment is still considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
